Ali is absolutely amazing! In a day and age where in person, kind, caring and helpful customer service seems to be dying Ali was a breath of fresh air. He was attentive, responsive and fast! He was compassionate and understanding especially after the bad experience we had with a car dealership we previously visited, however Ali went above and beyond to make us feel at ease, nothing was rushed!! We felt super special and supported which brings comfort in buying our car. The deal was done and we went on our way and the cherry on top was that Ali made the effort to message us to see how the drive was on the way home and if we had reached home safely. I purchased a vehicle from this seller and unfortunately experienced a significant number of mechanical issues with the car within 2 months. This has proven to be a regrettable, expensive and stressful situation I have been left in.I also found communication and customer service disappointing when I tried to raise my concerns I was spoken to rudely and dismissed. Based on my personal experience, I would not use this dealership again

The whole experience was great from start to finish Ali is a good honest fella felt like I was in safe hands with him realy great experience fair honest prices and great after care he has taken all the risk out of buying a used car witch we all know can be an absalute nightmare he made it easy work gave me a fair trade in price on my car in a no pressure environment 😁he even took the time to help me out with the tax and insurance on my new car so I could drive away same day an put a fresh MOT on it for me I would definitely buy from them agian but probley wont need to as this car may last a life time i had a look around the showroom and they stock good quality clean cars thanks agian lads 😎
